What is your return and refund policy?

Damaged, Misprinted, or Defective Products:

  • Claims must be submitted within 4 days of delivery.
  • Provide proof such as an unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
  • If your claim is verified, we will reprint and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

Exchanges or Returns for Non-Defective Items:

  • Exchanges or returns are handled at your expense.
  • Please ensure you refer to our size chart guide before ordering to avoid size-related issues.

Lost Shipments or Delayed Delivery:

  • If an item is lost in transit, we will either reship the product or issue a refund.
  • Delays beyond 15 days for air shipping or 20 days for surface shipping may also qualify for a refund or reshipment.

Careful Unboxing:

Please be careful while unboxing; we cannot offer refunds or replacements if the product is damaged due to improper unboxing.
